Just played again with some functions of PhotoImpact. Not really happy with the edges...

Due to my work I am not able to answer your posts at once- but be sure, every of your highly appreciated comments is read! I will always have a look to your pictures at aminus 3- even there might no be a post underneath!

Die Eule ist wirklich toll, aber die Ecken sehen doch zu künstlich aus. Dunkelgrau statt schwarz wäre vielleicht besser?

edges look a little like you cut it out of another background. but the owl itself is beautiful.

Beautiful shot. Nice sharp detail. There is something enigmatic about owls. I find them fascinating.
